3. Conditions of Use
The user undertakes to use the website, its services, and contents without contravening current legislation, good faith, and public order. It is prohibited to use the web for illicit or harmful purposes, or that, in any way, may cause damage or prevent the normal functioning of the website.
4. Liability Exemption
Fluxia Studio is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may cause, by way of example: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to prevent it.
5. Modifications
Fluxia Studio reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate to its portal without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on its portal.
6. Applicable Legislation
The relationship between Fluxia Studio and the User will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy will be submitted to the corresponding Courts and Tribunals.
